What are the purposes of processing your personal data?
In Lurtis Rules S.L, we will process your personal data, in order to respond to queries, management or provision of service requested through our website, participation in seminars, etc. This information is required to contact interested parties.
To send news from our Newsletter. If you wish, you can subscribe to our Newsletter, where you will receive the latest news and product updates until you decide to unsubscribe.
However, if you request any information about any of our products or services, from that moment on we will send you the news associated with it by email until you decide to unsubscribe.
To comply with any legal obligations of the data controller, such as fulfilling proceedings sent by public administrations, acting within the scope of their competences.
To store personal data for as long as it remains necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Once the data is no longer necessary, they shall be stored, but locked for the fulfilment of a possible legal obligation, such as defending any claims or information required by authorities within the scope of their competences, for a maximum period of 5 years.
No data profiling is performed.
No automated decisions will be made.
What are the legal bases for processing your personal data?
For a proper provision of our services or to respond to your queries, the legal basis of the treatment is considered necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the application of requested pre-contractual measures.
If you have already purchased our services through Autodesk Store, you will automatically be included in our Newsletter, as long as you do not object, our Newsletter is related to our services based on our legitimate interest.
If you are not a customer, to receive our Newsletter or to participate in our seminars, the consent of the customer is required. If you do not consent, you will not be able to participate in our seminars or be part of our Newsletter.
For the fulfilment of our legal obligations such as declarations to the Tax Agency or in the case of receiving requests from different administrations, acting within the scope of their competences, we will process your data with the legal basis: fulfilment of any legal obligations of the controller.
To which recipients can your data be disclosed?

The rights that concern the interested parties when providing us with their personal data are the following:

The personal data that we process at Lurtis is related to the customers who purchase our addins though Autodesk Store whose data is the following:

The categories of the data processed are:
- Identification details (First and last name)
- Country (If the user has provided it to Autodesk Store)
- Name of the company where the user works or represents (If the user has provided it to Autodesk Store)
- Name of the product downloaded or purchased (Operating system and language selected)
- Date of purchase / download
Sensitive data is not processed.
In addition, as you can see in the following link our addins do not collect and save any data.
